PRODUCTS DETAILS

TF-PU501 is a flame retardant product specially developed for PU rigid foam. Its gray powder is halogen-free and heavy metal-free, with a neutral PH value, water resistance, good smoke suppression effect, and high flame retardant efficiency. if customers have no requirementof particle sizes and colors,TF-pu501 is very suitable for rigid Pu for flame retardant , providing an excellent fire protection solution for PU materials that are widely used in our lives. In modern society, the widespread use of PU materials has become a necessity in various fields. Whether in the furniture, construction, transportation or aerospace industries, fire protection requirements are required.

1. Gray powder, expands when heated, efficient in smoke suppression. 2. Excellent water resistance, not easy to precipitate, high flame retardant efficiency. 3. Halogen-free and none heavy metal ions. pH value is neutral, safe and stable during production and use, good compatibleness, not to react with other flame retardant and auxiliary.TF-PU501 can be used solely in flameproof treatment or used together with TEP for rigid polyurethane foam. When singly added 9%, it can reach OI request of UL94 V-0 . When singly added 15%, it can achieve classification B1 for burning behavior of building materials with GB / T 8624-2012. What's more , the smoke density of foam is less than 100.
